Loneliness is the number one predictor of unhappiness.

How often do you think...

"No one would notice if I

disappeared tomorrow."

"I have to shoulder life's
burdens
alone."

"I don't want to
burden anyone with

my problems."

At the end of the day, you just wish someone would reach out to you and make you feel like
you matter.

Guess what?

My friend, I've been right where you are.
And it sucks.

As a twice-divorced, single-mom who was raised in an alcoholic family, I felt incredibly lonely, invisible, and unlovable for years.

In fact, it wasn't so long ago that I became aware that I had actually been lonely for most of my life but I didn't realize it.

For years, I was lookin' for love in all the wrong places. Heck, I was even  lookin' for love in the right places!

I was constantly seeking to feel loved from other people but it always felt like I was trying to draw water from an empty well.

Any good feelings I felt when I was with people quickly went away the second I was alone.

I know firsthand what it's like to feel entirely alone, left out, and invisible.

It took me over a decade to learn how to feel lasting love and connection from the inside out.

"As I ventured into a new career pursuit, I found myself feeling unconnected, stuck and lacking the motivation to push forward. That's when I reached out to Sherri for help, and I'm so grateful that I did.

From the moment we started working together, Sherri's warmth and expertise shone through. What stood out to me the most was her skilled yet gentle approach to coaching, which allowed me to feel comfortable and supported every step of the way. Instead of simply telling me what to do, Sherri guided me through a process of self-discovery, helping me to uncover new insights about myself.

Through our sessions, I gained a deeper understanding of my strengths, challenges and how to work with them both in order to move forward.  I also learned the value of being kinder to and more accepting of myself.  Sherri's keen insight and skillful guidance helped me break through barriers and find the motivation I needed to continue pursuing my dream with renewed energy and purpose.

I can wholeheartedly say that my experience with Sherri has been transformational! I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of motivational coaching. Thank you, Sherri, for your unwavering support and for helping me to continue forward on my path with grace and ease."

Living with loneliness impacts your health like smoking 15 cigarettes a day. Gah!

According to the U.S. Surgeon General, loneliness can reduce your life span by nearly 30% and increase your risk of several other health complications, including stroke, heart disease, mental illness, and more.

Y'all, that's not good.
I have a sneaking suspicion you're masking, avoiding, or distracting from your loneliness by:
  • adding more toxic relationships to your life that create stress, drama, and chaos

  • doom scrolling on your phone or watching endless hours of reels or TV

  • filling up your calendar to stay busy

  • trying to solve everyone else's problems

  • shopping too much, eating too much, drinking too much (anything too much)

  • attacking yourself (or others) with blame and criticism

  • suffering in silence

My friend, these tactics only prolong your suffering.

Please don't waste anymore of your precious energy and resources on these fruitless pursuits. Believe me. I've tried them all.

They don't work.

Your task is not to seek for love but merely to seek and find all the barriers you have built against it.
