With 15 years of mental health experience, Sherri helps high performers like you get to the root of what’s really going on—from old emotional wounds to the overlooked physical factors that influence your mood, energy, and sense of self in the background.

Raised in a family shaped by emotional neglect and navigating the heartbreak of two divorces, she knows the pain of disconnect, trauma, and overwhelm. And she knows what it takes to heal—not just emotionally, but physically and spiritually, too.
 

Her work blends neuroscience, mindfulness, and emerging insights into brain and metabolic health, creating a space that’s both deeply compassionate and grounded in science.
