GET BELOW THE SURFACE
& DISCOVER JOY

Sherri M. Herman is a licensed psychotherapist who gets it...
Your mind never stops. You overthink, second-guess yourself, and feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, perfectionism, or people-pleasing.
Then you get depressed.
You’ve tried other therapy, medications, have read books, listened to podcasts, but something still isn't clicking.
Let’s quiet the noise,
get curious about what your brain, mind, and body are really asking for, and finally help you feel calm, clear, and connected in your life again.
WE ALL WANT PEACE AND JOY
You’ve spent years trying to hold it all together—doing what’s expected, being strong, and pushing through.
But inside, it’s exhausting. The anxiety, self-doubt, and perfectionism never stop. You overthink everything, struggle to feel truly seen, and wonder why life still feels so hard.
Even when things look fine on the outside, inside feels like a different story—heavy, overwhelming, and relentless. You second-guess yourself constantly, you say yes when you’re screaming no inside, and numb out just to get through the day.

Maybe it’s mindlessly scrolling, keeping busy, or replaying every conversation in your head—anything to escape the deeper loneliness and self-doubt that never really go away.
But mental health isn’t just about what you think.
It’s about what’s happening in your whole system—your sleep, hormones, blood sugar, stress levels, and how you nourish yourself.
You were never meant to struggle this way.
You want more than just functioning.
You long to feel whole, deeply connected, and
at peace within yourself.
Healing is possible.
Together, we’ll untangle the patterns keeping you stuck—mentally and physically— and help you build the life you actually want—one filled with
joy, meaning, and real connection.

Sure, life will always have stress (some stress is even good),
but right now, the weight is too heavy.
It’s time to shift the balance—starting now.
